升级成功！
按照oneleaf提供的升级指南链接，源为CN99，用sudo apt-get dist-upgrade升级成功。谢谢大家提供的信息。

从网络升级确实很慢heavenwing 写了：我已经下载了6.06LTS的ISO文件，是否可以通过ISO文件来升级，不然网络升级太慢了。
最好刻录个光盘升级

升级的时候遇到一个小麻烦！！！

我点YES r然后又崩出一个问题：

Some third party entries in your souces.list were disabled.
You can re-enable them after the upgrade with the 'software-properties
' tool or with synaptic.
我点关闭，结果有跳出一个问题：
Error authenticating some packages
It was not possible to authenticate some packages.
This may be a transient network problem. You may want to try again later.
See below for a list of unauthenticated packages.

ps：如果你的网络不是很好，升级会很郁闷的。本机里面的东西不是很重要，还不如多线程一张iso下来，刻录，安装。
