ubuntu系统黑屏进不去，进去了也不能进行任何操作

我在root下运行apt-get upgrade 的时候按了fn+f7键，结果系统自动关机，开机重启后系统不能进行任何操作，桌面上的文件不见了，其他文件包无法打开，再次重启会出现黑屏，显示错误如下：
mkdir:cannot creat directory '/run/plymouth':no such file or directory

我输入help后再输入exit可以进入系统，可是什么操作都不能进行，键盘也没法输入字母，这是怎么回事？求哪位大神指教下？
