Evince部分PDF文件乱码问题，按照Wili介绍的方法可以解决，但我想知道是为什么

有的文件中文显示正常，有的是乱码，安装xpdf-chinese后问题依旧，再装poppler-data问题解决了，不知道为什么，谁能给解释一下？听说可以正常显示的PDF文件是因为已经集成了中文字体，乱码的PDF是因为没有中文字体支持，但是为什么装了xpdf-chinese后仍不能正常显示呢？装了poppler-data后可以正常显示了，poppler-data这个包是什么？
