系统信息怎么弄到桌面的？

我看到你桌面上那些系统信息好兴奋，我想问下你是怎么把系统的那些相关信息显示在桌面上的？我弄了好久也没找到地方啊，是不是要下载软件来实现？具体怎么弄？可以透漏一下么?我不告诉别人的@_@
