Vmware Workstation在Ubuntu11.10只能单向使用“Copy & Paste”功能的问题

机器（host）的配置是Ubuntu 11.10 64bit，安装了Vmware Workstation 8.0.1，Vmware tools 使用典型安装，Vmware 的“Guest Isolation”选项勾选了“Enable copy and Paste”。
虚拟系统（Guest）是Windows xp，问题是我可以在Ubuntu（host）使用复制功能把一个文件复制到虚拟机（Guest）中，但反过来，从虚拟机（Guest）不能复制到Ubuntu（host）中，这样复制会报错：
Error while copying.
There was an error getting information about "123.txt（我要复制的文件名）".
Show more details：
Error stating file '/ccf53186/123.txt':No such file or directory.

请大家帮忙看看这是什么问题。
