ubuntu10.10下bash看不到某些文件

发现bash对某些文件视而不见
我的/opt/ldoce5/目录下面存在可执行文件ldoce5-bin，
但我无论是运行/opt/ldoce5/ldoce5-bin还是进入目录/opt/ldoce5运行./ldoce5-bin均
提示：
bash: /opt/ldoce5/ldoce5-bin: 没有那个文件或目录 或者
bash: ./ldoce5-bin: 没有那个文件或目录
但这个文件实际上是存在的
运行:
ls /opt/ldoce5/ldoce5-bin -l 的结果为:
-rwxrwxrwx 1 zhangchao zhangchao 181780 2011-03-30 01:05 /opt/ldoce5/ldoce5-bin

不是动态可执行文件

ps:整个文件夹是从32位系统上拷贝过来的
但我现在用的系统是64位系统，跟这个有关系么？网上其他人好像可以直接这么干的
