求助：vbox虚拟xp，开始以后，窗口显示fatal:couldn't read from the boot mediu

VirtualBox升级后出现Fatal: Could not read from Boot Medium! System Halted
发现IDE控制器里的虚拟硬盘消失了（vdi)
只好删除虚拟电脑，重建

再新建虚拟电脑，选择原来虚拟硬盘，启动，读完VB的进度度便不动了。

研究了一下，原来CPU设置必须和原来的一样（原镜像使用的）

选中主板设置里的启用IO APIC,然后将处理器数量设成和原来一样的就OK了。

Try changing the permissions of the VIRTUAL BOX hard disks. I think you will find that root only has access to them.

They should be in

~/.VirtualBox/Machines

make the current user owner of all the files
