关于sendmail的提示collect: unexpected close on connection from

对方发送邮件给我们，我们一直没收到，可以看到邮件日志是有对方的邮件地址信息的，但是提示
：collect: premature EOM: unexpected close
collect: unexpected close on connection from [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
请问这是什么原因呢。感谢。
