[问题] firefox和应用程序菜单打不开

firefox和应用程序菜单打不开，不过位置和系统菜单能打开，其他的程序还不知道能不
能打开。
不过这个问题只出现在系统第一个建立的帐户中，我新建立的帐户就不存在这个问题，
一切运行正常。
firefox给出的出错信息是：
Close Firefox
Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you
must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.
可是我查看进程，里面没有firefox啊，应该怎么办呢？
点击应用程序菜单，只显示一个小方块，大约1mmx1mm大小。
