ftp如果是客户端见网络，精华中介绍lftp的那篇。
如果是服务器端只有pure-ftpd支持服务器端转码。google pure－ftpd然后改配置文件，设定服务器端编码，那么客户端无论是什么locale都可以正常浏览。

mplayer需要打补丁，自己编译。貌似在媒体板有精华文章介绍过。
