请大家帮忙看一下不能改为中文的问题

大家好,我刚安装了个虚拟机，ubuntu 7.0.4 amd64系统，由于安装时设置的字体是英文，现在无法改为中文了。
我在system的administration中language support选择“chinese”然后点“apply”，可是弹出窗口
“could not install the full language support,Usually this is related to an error in your software archive or software manager. Check your software preferences in the menu "Adminstration"
请大家帮忙解决一下。
