不能改变系统语言了，怎么办？

起初是半中文版英文的，进入language support，发现只有english，后来才知道因为当时没有设置上网。郁闷之下把english去掉了。后来上网了，再进入系统语言选项，发现什么语言都有了，但无论勾哪一种语言都弹出这样的提示：
现在我该怎么办？翻阅了wiki，发现修改那个什么2.0的配置文监视只读的，怎么也不能修改，郁闷死了。打开文件属性看看，又找不到更改为可写的选项。我现在怎么办啊？Could not install the full language support
