在使用sudo apt-get install 出错了，帮帮忙阿

今天刚安装了7.04，用sudo apt-get i更新了系统，又用sudo apt-get install 安装解码器、flashplayer、java虚拟机、微软字体，安装完后就关机了，刚前面开机再用sudo apt-get install安装媒体播放器、压缩软件时都出现了错误：
sudo apt-get install d4x amule azureus
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
sudo apt-get install rar unrar

我该怎么解决，清帮我下。
