[问题]I can't input chinese with En locale [已解决]

See the image, is there a way that I can use En locale but also can input Chinese? How? Deeply appreciate for your help!!!

谢谢楼上拔刀相助！
按照楼上给出的wiki链接，搞定了中文输入。
需要指出，用gedit打开输入法设置文件的代码为
sudo gedit ~/.fcitx/config
若显示乱码，因gedit我没看到编码选择，则直接用FireFox打开位于家目录的fcitx文件夹的config文件。
然后比对乱码的gedit编辑器进行修改，将等号后面的字体更改为WenQuanYi Bitmap Song，就OK啦。
我这么做是因为已经安装文泉译字体包。
