there are two programs in the "startup applications ("im-launch" and "ssh key agent")
can i remove them from the startup? and what are they use for

im-launch 应该是启动输入法的，另一个不了解

如果你不用ssh相关的东西，可以把ssh key agent那个删掉
im-launch这个如果你不用wayland就没什么意义。在其他情况下它并不是一个会持续运行的后台程序，留着也不会占用系统资源
