ubuntu 会造成链接同一无线路由器的其他设备断网
现象：只要进入ubuntu系统就，其他设备就掉线断网
从断网的win7看，要么是网络风暴要么是网络arp劫持
环境：干净的ubuntu，甚至在安装过程中都导致断网，13.04 32位
概率：必现，已被老婆封杀该系统
硬件：thinkpad e430
