今天打开VM虚拟机启动UBUNTU。无法进入LINUX

进入后 提示 The System is running in low-graphics mode.
your screen ,graphics card ,and input device settings could not be detected correctly.You will need to configure these yourself.
点击OK后。 有选项 设置graphics什么的。。但是点OK 没反应。。。。所有选项都试过了。。。都不行。 求大神帮助。。。或者有什么办法把虚拟机里的文件取出来。。我重新安装。。
