求助，vmware 9.0安装后提示缺少内核

小弟用的ubuntu 13.04 工作需要用到windows,
想弄个虚拟机代替代替，结果提示无内核，，提示如下
Before you can run VMware,several modules must be complied and loaded into
the running kernel.
Kernel Headers 3.8.0-23-generic
Kernel headers for version3.8.0-23-generic were not found. if you installed them
in a non-default path you can specify the path below. Otherwise refer to your
distribution's documentation for installation instructions and click Refresh to search
again in default
内核实际上已经安装了，但是检测不到，求大神帮忙
