ubuntu12.04 virtualbox启动redrat 系统卡死

每次打开virtualbox 然后启动redrat 64位 ，我的UBUNTU系统便出现卡死和自动重启了！！！！
我的系统和机器配置信息：
出现卡死情况后，我只能关机，重新启动系统！！！当我dmesg |grep error查看出现如下情况：
