然后在虚拟机运行一些3D程序，程序崩溃。

在虚拟机的.vmx文件中加入 mks.gl.allowBlacklistedDrivers = "TRUE" ，应该就可以开启3D加速了。我的Intel HD3000就是这么开起来的。

楼上的正解，找到好久解决虚拟机3D加速的方法，本人i5-3550cpu，用cpu自带HD2500显卡，ubuntu12.04,安装VMware Pyay,虚拟winxp,用楼上的方法成功开启3D加速。
