今天来上班 我的虚拟机 就提示这样的错误。 我检测了下系统日志，原来是系统升级了。没更新 kernel-headers 的问题。

打开终端： 执行下面的步骤

sudo apt-get update
然后
sudo apt-get upgrade
这将确保你有最新的所有文件。
然后做
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)
然后做
VBoxManage startvm ubuntu

如果你自己执行了 sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup。
