貌似这个问题一直都是极个别的电脑才会有吧。。

其实你应该问问这个问题windows下解决了么。不要老让我开个crystaldiskinfo

装个laptop-mode-tools自己设置下就行了
ubuntu应该是自带这个工具，你需要自己设置好，我本子的现在为19000+，平均一小时6次，本子已用一年，这对笔记本硬盘来说是很轻松的数字了
3楼的是台式机硬盘，没有可比性，我的台机用好几年LLC也没过万
