ubuntu11.04使用mentohust锐捷认证成功，不能上网问题？高手快来！

本人用的是校园网，需要锐捷认证，大概十几天前在ubuntu11.04下成功安装mentohust，通过锐捷认证成功，成功实现上网。
由于比较忙，已有十几天没有登录ubuntu了，今天打开ubuntu时，使用mentohust锐捷认证，认证是成功了，怎么网页打不开？ping也不通？本人的IP、网关、DNS配置是没有问题的。问题：8021x.exe's information is not provihed, client can not continue authentication。请高手指教！
