Virtualbox装Win7后0xc00000e9错误？

用GHOST WIN7装完后启动就这样了：

系统是UBUNTU10.10。虚拟硬盘是在移动硬盘上的ext4文件系统，不知跟这个有没有关。
查了好久都找不到解决办法。
