what's happened to my scim-pinyin?

Today I installed ubuntu standard system,then apt-get install xubuntu .
then follow the quickly setup ,every thing goes well expect one thing , when I run this commend:
~$:sudo apt-get install scim-pinyin im-switch
~$:im-switch -s scim-pinyin
and I got this error message:
Error: no configuration file "scim-pinyin" exists.
Error: No action taken.
what should do then ?
