64位UBUNTU10.10安装VMWARE 7.1.2 64位的问题

如题，我的系统是UBUNTU10.10的64位版本，在VMWARE官网下载了VMWARE 7.1.2的64位版本安装，安装文件为VMware-Workstation-Full-7.1.2-301548.x86_64.bundle。
1、。／安装好后，运行在应用程序中系统工具下的VMWARE WORKSTATION，提示Before you can run VMware,several modules must be compiled and loaded into the running kernel.
2、选择安装后，在VMware Kernel Module Services的安装服务到Virtual Machine Monitor这个时，提示Unable to build kernel module. 查看日志：
