求助：VMWare Server 2在firfox上的Remote Console Plug-in不能用

我用的是VMWare Server 2.0.2,https://127.0.0.1:8333登录后打开虚拟机，
点击console标签，提示安装插件，等安装好后重新登录，再点击console后跳出个对话框，提示下面错误：
Cannot access virtual machine console. The request timed out.
The attempt to acquire a valid session ticket for "winxp" took longer than expected. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.
不知道是不是还要安装什么东西，哪位兄弟知道有什么办法可以解决？
注：在windows下用IE远程登录一切正常。
