安装build-essential包
编译环境没安装，怎么会有make?

这句话有做说明，它提示你缺失编译需要的库。
gtk+-2.0
gthread-2.0
esound
gconf-2.0
libxml-2.0
libgnome-2.0
libgnomeui-2.0
gnome-vfs-2.0
把这些库都安装上了，再把它们的头文件包，也就是 -dev 比方gtk+-2.0-dev之类的也要安装上。再./configure一下。再看还缺什么，再装。
如果已经有连网的话，还是用apt-get安装吧。不能看你缺的这几个库需要信赖更很多库，要下载到头晕的。

因为有很多软件只有tar.gz格式的

然后再试试看
