软件安装出错？有谁能帮忙？

更新管理器安装软件提示：
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, pl
ease report.
安装软件包提示
只能同时运行一个软件管理工具，请关闭其他软件，如：更新管理器，aptitude或新立德。
请问高手这怎么处理呀？在线等。谢谢
