emacs越用越慢，怎么办

我的emacs启动之后一直比较流畅，可是使用1，2天后，只是光标移动就明显感觉到停顿， 必须重启一次。
大家有什么好的解决方法。
另外，配置文件中以设置了以下的内容：
(setq gc-cons-threshold 5242880)
(setq semantic-idle-scheduler-idle-time 432000)
