求助！关于tvtime

初次安装tvtime，在控制台运行tvtime-scanner，提示如下信息：
Reading configuration from /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml
Reading configuration from /home/jack/.tvtime/tvtime.xml
Scanning using TV standard PAL.
/home/jack/.tvtime/stationlist.xml: No existing PAL station list "Custom".
videoinput: Cannot open capture device /dev/video0: Permission denied
不明白是什么意思，要怎么解决？
另外要怎样才能接收数字电视？

前面三行字都是信息，不是关键性错误。
第四行是读取频道列表的时候出错。
最后一行表示没有权限打开设备 /dev/video0。


这只能表明电视卡没有识别出来。。
