0. 你關心的網速問題 是指 有線網卡 還是 無線網卡 ?

0-1. 補充
Ubuntu 預設由 network manager 管理上網
network manager 預設同一時間 只能有一個 route 可以連線
意思是 有線/無線 只能有一個網卡能順利連線
另一個網卡 連上線後 會自動斷線 待機
如果原來已連線的網卡斷線
待線中的網卡會立刻自動連上線
如果你的 有線/無線網卡 訊號不穩定
就會呈現 斷斷續續的現象
意思是 以下要測試一個網卡速度是否正常
最好
從 Bios 把另一個網卡關閉
或者 從連線設定 把自動連線打勾取消
以免互相干擾
