thinkpad t420 ubutun下 温度高 一直降不下来

也没干个啥，一看风扇口，都吹烫了，风扇也是一直3.5k的速度转着，请问这是怎么回事，我在win7 下都没有这种情况。

刚才看了下，是双显卡的问题，但是这个怎么在biso中关掉呢，是关掉独显还是集显？

安装 bumblebee，thinkfan，cpufreq

装了bumblebee之后，温度降下来了，平时看视频的时候大概是56°左右，风扇3.2k
装之前看视频大概是65°，风扇3.5k
