遇到了一样的问题，大概是因为你的 /etc/hosts 文件配置了 Google 大陆镜像的原因，导致 GOA 在访问 Google APIs 域名上的服务
https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v2/userinfo
时遇到 404 NOT FOUND，请尝试从 /etc/hosts 文件中剔除 Google APIs 的相关条目。
