ubuntu 12.04 无线上网问题

Thinkpad E420 U盘安装了Ubuntu 12.04 开始正常，后来无线网卡不能用了，
开机显示“Waiting for network configuration”, "Waiting up to 60 seconds for network configuration."
进入系统后 System setting->Network 显示 “The system network services are not compatible with this version”。
这种情况仅出现在办公室，在家无线网卡一切正常，请问应该如何处理。
