sudo apt-get install libcodeblocks0 codeblocks libwxsmithlib0 codeblocks-contrib

先加源
deb http://lgp203.free.fr/ubuntu/ lucid universe

wget -q http://lgp203.free.fr/public.key -O- | sudo apt-key add -

然后用tweak更新
或者 sudo apt-get update
