论坛搜索“w32codecs http://”，就是找正确的源。你也不说你是什么版本。

i have just installed the ubuntu 5.10 i-386 version for a moment,
and want to play mp3 but met a problem,so i compliled the w32codes and met the problem above(#1 floor)

下载下面的文件
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releas ... 12.tar.bz2

解压缩下载到的文件，假设下载文件存放在 /home/tortoise 目录下：
tar -xzvf /home/tortoise/all-20050412.tar.bz2

将解压缩得到的所有文件复制到用户目录下的 .gnome2/totem-addons 中：
cp /home/tortoise/all-20050412/* /home/tortoise/.gnome2/totem-addons/

源配置好后，如果使用XINE 的
就 sudo apt-get libxine-extracodecs
这样TOTEM XINE 能放很多格式了
原来我装了 W32CODECS 只能放 RMVB
AVI 没声音
