但是实际上是装在第三个主分区上应该是root(hd0,2)吧 第一主分区是(hd0,0)啊

恩，你的思路是对的。升级以后可能硬盘的uuid变了，所以引导不了了。上午没看到你的图，你说的hd3，你多试试。注意命令的格式和空格。要是有兴趣给你发个grub的教程吧，很好的东东。

改c盘根目录下的menu 添加

这样就行了，不要管/boot中的grub
