求助：笔记本外接显示器分辨率设置问题

笔记本支持1024x768
外接显示器支持1440x900
接好后xrandr 显示里VGA1没有1440x900
目前只好外接显示器用1024x768,桌面有点扁，请问怎样设置让外接显示器分辨率为1440x900
笔记本是thinkpad R60e 显卡intel 945GM比较老。

意思是 內建顯卡 有好幾種
显卡 晶片 是否是 intel 945GM 要確認
否則 下面的建議 是否適用 需要查證
