[解决]好吧，我承认我无法解决acer Aspire V5-122所有linux发行版都无法关机

描述：刚刚买了个本本 宏基超薄 Aspire V5-122 3500大洋，触摸屏，预装win8！
问题描述：回来立马删除所有分区 格式硬盘 安装arch。玩了很久重启没问题，到睡觉的时候无法关机（halt、 poweroff、 init 0、shutdown -h now)全部不好使。
关机时命令如下

Power down 以后就没有以后了，一直卡在这里。
然后试验livecd也是能够重启但是不能关机。
改换ubuntu 只能重启不能关机，
Fedora Debian xubuntu连gentoo我也试过了，全部只能重启不能关机。
后来改syslinux为启动方式，reboot的好使 poweroff不能用。
用U盘弄了个winPE启动盘，关机重启都好使。虽然不敢断言，猜测是linux的问题。
希望有大神能够帮我解决这个问题，真心还想将linux用下去！

编译了3.20.48的内核解决了，可能是新的3.9.xx的内核的问题具体问题不大清楚

开机的时候说microcode failed to load file amd_ucode/microcode_amd_fam16h.bin
正在查找是不是因为这个问题导致ACPI和主板没有响应

现在还不知道如果acpi驱动不合适 和 microcode 加载失败会产生什么影响
