[问题]如何安装ATI9000显卡？总提示X Server unable to detect

去驱动网站下载了一个Linux驱动安装包，.run的，51MB（.rpm也下了，可不知道怎么装，白痴哈）

安装的时候出现下面的错误
sudo sh ./ati-driver-installer-8.28.8.2.run

貌似X Server找不到
运行Xorg -version 似乎有X Server阿

我的也是9000的显卡，和你一样装不上驱动，郁闷！

ATI的catalyst不支持r300以下显卡，据说9.1连9550也不支持了。

r300以下显示全部交给开源驱动。而且开源驱动本身也支持的非常非常好，这部分的驱动文档是开放的。

ubuntu应该自带了驱动，完美支持，不行就装新版试试看，或者搜索论坛看看开源驱动怎么使用

我的也是这样子的，我安装了最新的CCC，但是找不到驱动，现在ccc也不知道怎么卸载了？
