virtualbox 虚拟机磁盘和ext4有冲突？

安装虚拟机时候，发现如下警告：
虚拟电脑运行可能碰到下面问题，您可以忽略这个信息，但建议您检查虚拟电脑设置以避免这个问题再次发生.
The host I/O cache for at least one controller is disabled and the medium '/home/nigo/.VirtualBox/HardDisks/windows7.vdi' for this VM is located on an ext4 partition. There is a known Linux kernel bug which can lead to the corruption of the virtual disk image under these conditions.
Either enable the host I/O cache permanently in the VM settings or put the disk image and the snapshot folder onto a different file system.
The host I/O cache will now be enabled for this medium.

EXT4的问题应该已经在 linux 2.6.35 中解决。

看一下 IDE Controller 或者SATA Controller 下面有没有 use host I/O cache 这个复选框，将其勾去即可
