我的机器就是RX580，又平价，又好用，amdgpu 完全成熟。最当然的选择，没管什么牌面。

上面我所提到的 Dell G5 15 SE 笔记本，14吋机身15.6吋屏幕，规格是 AMD Ryzen 4800H (8 cores, 16 threads, 2.9 GHz base, 4.2 GHz max boost, 8 MB L3 cache) + AMD Radeon RX 5600M, 6 GB GDDR6 VRAM。好像无啥特别，但这是我第一次听到笔记本使用 AMD 的 SmartShift 技术。独立的 Radeon GPU 跟 Ryzen CPU 使用同一条电源，哪个有需要，电就分给多一点（让性能比较高规格的N卡强）。

对一般人来讲，Ryzen 7 + RX580 + 16/32 RAM 应该是学习 Linux 桌面最适合的工具。

我们论坛目前的做法，基本上大家被动的等着别人发问题。就我个人的感觉，大部分的问题，尤其是那些跟硬体有关的，对 Linux 桌面的推广根本没有用。从时间的投资报酬率来看，应该是很低。有点可惜。

我在想，是否可以换一个做法，希望能有一两位真正对推广 Linux 桌面有兴趣的老手，以菜鸟的心态详细的琢磨 Ubuntu 20.04。尽量发问题，大家尝试解答。即老手问问题，新手老手一起来解答。我们的基金还剩下一些钱，可以提供一套 Ryzen 7 + RX580 + 主机板 + 16 RAM 的费用（其它组件就自己付了），帮忙自己组装当作第二台机器，不会影响工作或一般正常操作。如果效果肯定，我们还可以增加套数，不过我认为这个构想会成功的机会是零，大家在一起混混也没什么不好。（待续）
