添加vlan时报错

两张网卡，给其中一个网卡添加vlan时报错File exists， 但是ls只有config文件而已
root:/proc/net/vlan# vconfig add enx000ec6c2a21c 45
ERROR: trying to add VLAN #45 to IF -:enx000ec6c2a21c:- error: File exists
root:~# ls /proc/net/vlan/
config
root:/proc/net/vlan# vconfig add enx000ec6c2a21c 45
ERROR: trying to add VLAN #45 to IF -:enx000ec6c2a21c:- error: File exists
root:~# ls /proc/net/vlan/
config
