求组队接手network-manager-l2tp

百度查找ubuntu下连接L2TP，很多文章推荐network-manager-l2tp。对于小白来说这样的配置方法的确很方便。但是很不幸的是作者不打算发布新的更新了。
联系了作者询问15.04版本的更新计划。作者的回复如下：
Hello.
Unfortunately, it's not so trivial to make a package for 15.04, since it uses strongswan instead of openswan and requires some significant code rewrite.
Plus now I don't use plugin for my own needs and have not enough motivation to continue it's development.
So, looks like no, I have no plans to release a package for 15.04.
The only hope is if somebody else can make a patch, that adds support for strongswan as ipsec backend.
本人是只即将面临毕（shi）业的程序猴子。会点JAVA和C，没有开发过ubuntu下的程序。哪位大神愿意带着接手这个项目？
