ts 文件(xml)不太熟悉，italc 是个网络教室软件，用在机房教学管理上，可以屏幕广播和监控学生机
有些英文没有在语言包中出现，不知是否可以自己添加进去，加在哪个位置比较好
2.0 用vnc来访问学生机，使用ssh密钥对验证，权限有教师、管理员和技术支持三种
后台程序ica，前台italc，主控台是imc
使用方法：
下载解压出zh_cn.ts 替换lib/resource/
终端运行lrelease zh_cn.ts -qm zh_cn.qm 替换原来的
cmke 编译
默认编译时不能加载中文，需要修改一个管语言的源程序，将系统检查改为直接zh_cn
修改italc-2.0.1/lib/src/ItalcCore.cpp 里的 const QString loc ="zh_cn";
