virtualbox中虚拟xp，在xp中多核cpu竟然识别不到

最近使用virtualbox的时候遇到了一个问题。在ubuntu中的virtualbox当中，虚拟了一个win XP。virtualbox当中的设置里面分配给其4核cpu，进到win xp当中的时候，查看设备管理器，处理器那一项也确实是四核的，但是在运行程序的时候还是单核cpu在运行。而且查看任务管理器当中也是只有一个cpu。

难道virtualbox不能支持多核心运行？还是有什么其他问题？希望使用过VirtualBox的高手给解答一下，谢谢

用多核要收费？哪有这回事，在虚拟机中编译android，6核满载。楼主cpu不支持vt吧。

我VBOX里的xp很正常呀，虚拟的双核，任务管理器里也是双核的

好像设置多个处理器后，还要勾选一个IO APIC

你设置几个cpu就有几个cpu，仔细看看设置吧

要处理器支持硬件半虚拟化，开启IO ACPI，手动设置分配给虚拟机几个核心
设置在虚拟机设置面板里面都有，我用手机没法演示就不上图了

虚拟win7有多核，但是xp没有，那是xp自己的问题么/

但是我 用vmplayer就能识别出多核出来啊。。。

I downloaded the devcon utility from Microsoft and issued these commands:

devcon sethwid @ROOT\ACPI_HAL\0000 := +acpiapic_mp !acpiapic_up
devcon update c:\windows\inf\hal.inf acpiapic_mp
Then I rebooted and now XP can see all 4 cores.

Make a backup of the image before starting in case the system won't boot anymore!
