12.04 可以打开软件中心，点菜单“编辑、软件源”，或者点“更新管理器”面板左下角的“设置”

Recently, I change my software Repo source, My ubuntu is 14.04 in a virtualbox. I changet the source to aliyun
some code snippet is below
$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://mirrors.aliyun.com/ubuntu/ trusty main restricted universe multiverse
....
when I exec the update, it says:
W:Failed to fetch http://mirrors.aliyun.com/ubuntu/dists/ ... elease.gpg Connection failed [IP: 115.28.122.210 80]
But if I copy the link to Firefox， I can open and download the file in the link, but the software & Update Center or the command line can't do update.
Could anyone help to figure out why this happens?
