我在debian上安装了android studio，能够运行，但里面没找到draw9patch这个工具。
这个工具咋弄出来？或者有什么别的工具能够创建.9格式的png图片？

5年前就从sdk tools里踢出去了。你要单独下载的话可以从这里 https://androidstudio.io/downloads/tool ... h.jar.html
之后的android studio直接集成了这个功能，直接在导入的png文件上右键选Create 9-patch file.

Well, you can use the draw9patch tool in the tools directory to use an older version of the Android SDK prior to Android Studio 3.2 if you prefer to use a standalone tool. This tool allows you to manually draw the stretchable areas and content area for the 9-patch image.
