在Eclipse下 无法update ADT plug-in

在Eclipse下开发提示这样的错误：This version of the rendering library is more recent than your version of ADT plug-in. Please update ADT plug-in

高手回答：这是因为你的Adt版本和Sdk的版本不一致，点击eclipse中的Android SDK Manager 或者在Sdk目录下点击该.exe文件，升级ADT插件，实在不行就去重新下载Adt和相应的SDK，good luck to you!

但是升级插件又要很久，SDK manager下的文件夹多又大。此方法？。

Click Help > Install New Software.
In the Work with field, enter: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
Select Developer Tools / Android Development Tools.
Click Next and complete the wizard.
但是添加网址，提示没有合理的网址信息，其实就是吧ADT下载包路径添加到“work with”栏。我遇到的情况是没有需要升级或重建的，此方法又行不通。
